It is with heavy hearts that we’d like to share the passing of Gloria Hurtado on March 27, 2026. Gloria was the 32-year companion of Charles (Chuck) Velasquez. She passed away peacefully at home holding hands in prayers with Chuck. They were together, walking, fishing or taking a long ride before Chuck was not able to drive anymore. Gloria will truly be missed by Chuck, his family and her family and all their friends

Survived by Charles Velasquez, her sons Thomas Hurtado (Tammy) George Hurtado (Jolleen), Paul Cruz (Desieries) of Raton, NM and Daughter Rolicia Cruz. Irene Reeves, Linda Velasquez (Rodney Durbin), Betty Lucero (John), Loiuse Grosso (Jim), Shirley Velasquez Castillo , Paul Velasquez (Charlene), Pam Cordova (Paul). Numerous grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Proceeded in death by her Mother-in-law & Father-in law Gene and Pam Velasquez, Brother in laws David Velasquez and Gene Velasquez.

Viewing on Monday April 6, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Comi Funeral Home Chapel.

Rosary is on Tuesday April 7, 2026, at 9:30 am with the funeral mass to follow at 10:00am at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, internment at Catholic Cemetery following services.
